Marine wildlife Native wildlife is an essential part of the scenery. Tui and bellbird song fills the forest; shags, gannets, and little blue penguins dive for their dinner; while fur seals lounge on the rocks around the edge of Tonga Island. If you're lucky you'll also see orcas as they come in to bask in the warm waters of this beautiful nature reserve.
